National Eating Disorder Recovery Month with Author Madison Linn
Thursday, February 206:00—7:00 PMMilford RoomWadleigh Memorial Library49 Nashua Street, Milford, NH, 03055
In recognition of National Eating Disorder Recovery Month, join us for an evening of conversation with Madison Linn, author of the novel This is Just Temporary Right?, a brutal, raw, and honest story of the intense world of eating disorder treatment, based on her own experiences.
In Madison's own words: "I'm using this book to help families learn more about eating disorders. I also want people in recovery to know that they aren't alone, and that there is hope. The book itself talks about my admissions to hospitals, and medical procedures that helped keep me stable and alive. As much as the situation was an uphill battle, it was temporary. And this will remain a temporary situation as I continue to get older, and grow as a person."
Madison will share about the experience documented in her book, the cathartic process of writing, and answer audience questions.
